Security

By constantly reviewing the data we have with various software, we strive to make up for our deficiencies, if any.
The information you provide to us to use the Analysis Machine is not transferred to 3rd parties in any way except the companies we specify in our confidentiality agreement. We may also delete this data from all of our systems or share a copy with you if you request it.
Availability
The Analysis Machine is not a betting, couponing, prediction or similar application. It gives you information by analyzing the results of the upcoming matches by using the most recent current matches played in the past.
The loading speed of the bulletins may vary depending on the number of matches and internet speed, and sometimes it may be slower than it is. In these cases, we inform our users that there is nothing we can do, and we remind our users that the use is at the discretion of the user and that they should use our software accordingly.
Since the odds are provided by 3rd parties, the Analysis Machine cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise with these odds. The Analysis Machine cannot interfere with the ratios. Our users should be aware of this and use our application accordingly.
The Analysis Machine does not guarantee that the analyzes will yield 100% results and does not take any responsibility in this regard. Analysis Machine is a helpful tool to analyze current matches using results from past matches. It is aimed to develop your own tactics by analyzing within the application.
Interruption of Service
Since the Analysis Machine is a software that is constantly being developed and incorporates new tools, updates and maintenance can be made over time. Please note that in such cases, the application will be out of use because it is put into maintenance mode.
Log Records
The Analysis Machine keeps records on behalf of you so that you do not have to constantly log in to the accounts you have opened. These records are stored in your Analysis Machine account and appear in your account every time you log in.
You cannot use the Analysis Machine when you are not connected to the Internet.
Cookies
Cookies are a small text file that our application places on your device. Thanks to this file, application data can be collected for ease of use. If you wish, it is possible to get rid of the cookie data by deleting the data of our application.

Copyright and other related intellectual property rights are contained in all texts related to Codcy.com’s services and all content of this application.

Disclaimer
The failure of either party to insist on performance of any provision of this agreement or the failure of either party to exercise any right or remedy to which it is entitled under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver thereof. No waiver of any provision of this or any agreement shall be valid unless expressly stated so and signed by both parties.
Account Cancellation
If you have subscribed to unlock all the features after using the free version of the Analysis Machine application, which is deprived of some features, you can request to cancel your account, but after the cancellation, there is no refund as some disposable features are used. You can also cancel your subscription through the Play Store yourself.
Since the products sold in the application are single use, no refunds are made in any way. If you purchase any of these products for the second time after purchasing them, the data of the previous product will be deleted and the data of the new product will be added.
Analysis Machine product and subscription fees may change over time, due to economic conditions or other special circumstances.

Illegal Activity Detection
If any user using the Analysis Machine is found to use software cheats in purchases or other areas of the application to damage the application and obtain free content, they will be banned from the application and no refund will be made if any purchase has been made.
Updating the User Agreement
This Terms of Use agreement is updated over time, according to the law or new features we develop. If it is updated, what is written on this page will be valid and as long as you continue to use our application, you will be deemed to have approved this policy. We recommend that you constantly check this page for such cases.
